You must specify the correct shipping address in your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address if that is what you specified in your order. As with the same policy as in store purchases, all sales are non refundable and return for exchange or store credit only. We inspect each package before it gets shipped out. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can mail it back to us in its original condition and we will issue you a credit to use on our online store. If the item arrives to you damaged then please take 2-3 clear pictures of the damaged item and email the pictures to us at After review of the photos, we will issue a verified refund.
